Bella Isa Salon & Spa began as an aspiration between two people daydreaming in office cubicles in corporate America. Cindy and Robbie Elkins were avid spa goers who broke free of the humdrum life and realized that dream on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.  They knew what great service and genuine hosting meant to their own spa experiences and put that passion into Bella Isa.  They especially knew that a great staff is imperative for success.  Robbie says:
“We hire therapists from all walks of life, and their skills are all unique in some way.  But, they all have to possess more than skilled hands; they must have hearts that come through them, hearts that the customer can feel from the way they massage, serve a cup of tea, or even open the door for you.  The décor can be perfect, the lighting can be just right, the music can move you, but without genuinely loving energy the whole experience falls short.  Those are the unique individuals that staff Bella Isa.”
After only being in business for one year Bella Isa was voted #1 spa in Boracay by visitors at boracay.com.ph.  Cindy seems to know why:“There are a lot of spas here in Boracay, so we are especially honored to be liked by our guests.  I think that may be because we’ve created an environment that isn’t intimidating, very down to earth.  People comment that they feel welcome here, and then they keep coming back.  Of course, we really love that!  And we really love to meet so many people from so many countries who trust us with such an important part of their hard-earned holidays.  We know how precious that time is.  That gives us a responsibility that we take seriously.  So, we do our absolute best in making their time with us relaxing and memorable.”

AROMATHERAPY: Aromatherapy is included with all services at no charge. We only use organically produced essential oils and fragrances. When we are able, we will use the scent of your choosing.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: All gift certificates are valid for one year, may not be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferrable. Gift certificates may be purchased for any selected amount.

TIPPING: Bella Isa does not charge the mysterious 10% service fee. Instead we prefer that you tip your therapist directly, or at the collection box located at the reception desk. That way you can always be assured that your gracious tips are being received by your therapist, and not the owners. Our therapists work hard to bring you an enjoyable experience. Many thanks for sharing your blessings with them.

COMMUNITY: Bella Isa is an eco-friendly company using organic materials from our province of Aklan, such as natural cleaning detergents, natural palm fibered bags, organic virgin palm oils, etc. When you support our small business you also support the hard-working members of our community and their families. Thank you!

HOUSE RULES: Please refrain from unnecessarily loud noises, or cell phone use. Also, we reserve the right to refuse and terminate a session with any guest who makes any illicit or sexually suggestive remark or advance.

BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION: It is highly recommended that you book your visit to Bella Isa in advance. You can request a reservation online, at our Boracay location, or by phone. We may require your credit card details when reserving your appointment time.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your appointment time in the event that you are making your first visit with us, so that we may complete any necessary health information forms at that time. Arriving late may result in shortened session time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Island life comes with a certain degree of latitude regarding time commitments. However, if you neglect to give us 4 hours notice, or are a no-show, we reserve the right to bill for your services at the full published rate. We will gladly re-schedule your session provided that the appointment time is available. Thanks for your understanding.
